ASTS - A Simple TimeSheet
A collection of Simple Management Tools.
Simple Management Tools is a set of web based, simple, commonly used
management tools.
Two tools have, so far, been released;
A Simple TimeSheet (ASTS) for recording the time spent on tasks, on a weekly
basis.
A Simple Project Tracker (ASPT) for tracking progress on projects against
estimates.
Other tools will be added as the need arises.
The main aim is to provide tools that are easy for the user to install and
manage.
The tools will be implemented with as few external dependencies as
possible.
They will not, by default, depend on a database for storage but use flat
files (maybe XML format) instead.
ASTS, for example, requires just perl and the CGI and Date::Calc perl
modules.
More sophisticated versions of the tools may be added in the future.
